Boston city was celebrated it’s first St.Patrick’s day in 1737. followed by New York City and since from 1962 Chicago is continuing the celebration of St.Patrick’s day.
Vendor starts selling Irish items and food before the parade at about 3.00 pm.
Irish stand up comedian hit the stage for “Shamrock Shenanigans” in three performances Friday night.
There will be bagpipes, Irish dance, gold hunts, races, live music, green beer, special menus and a chance to walk in the step of St. Patrick’s day battle that took place here 160 years ago.
